Upon completion, students will:

• Efficiently manage client bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using scheduling software and manual systems.
• Effectively coordinate therapist availability and manage complex scheduling requirements.
• Confidently conduct client intake procedures, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professional communication.
• Process client payments securely, including handling insurance claims, gift certificates, and financial record keeping.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming, organized, and client-centered front desk environment.
