This course provides a clear, embodied understanding of how joints and muscles create movement, stability, and structural balance. Students learn the distinctions among synovial, fibrous, and cartilaginous joints, explore major muscle classifications, and examine how muscles work in coordinated groups to generate motion. Through diagrams, movement labs, and palpation practice, learners build the foundational functional literacy essential for kinesiology, corrective exercise, and therapeutic massage techniques.
