This course category is designed to equip professional bodyworkers with the tools to share yoga, conscious breathing, and therapeutic stretching to enhance both personal embodiment and client care. Students explore a variety of practices including Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, moving meditation, partner and AcroYoga, and dynamic stretching techniques that support flexibility, circulation, and nervous system regulation. The curriculum also covers yoga philosophy, ethics, teaching methodology, and embodied anatomy, providing a holistic understanding of the movement of the body as profoundly powerful medicine, augmenting bodywork with guided movement as a yoga teacher, working with clients privately as well as leading group classes. These techniques can be integrated into bodywork sessions or used to support practitioner self-care, injury prevention, and long-term vitality in a demanding hands-on profession.
